Sous Vide Chicken breast,


INGREDIENTS


- 2 Free Range Organic Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1-2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2-3 Tbsp Thyme
- Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
- Lemon



DIRECTIONS


1. Mix together EVOO, Garlic, Thyme, Salt and Pepper for the Marinade.
2. Place Chicken Breast in bag with Marinade. Make sure to rub it around so the whole breast is covered then vacuum seal.
3. Set Sous Vide cooker to chicken breast setting of choice. I went with 140 degrees for so 90 minutes.
4. Remove from bag and pat dry. Sear for ~2-3 minute per side on cast iron in some Ghee of Avocado Oil.
5. Let them rest for a few minutes then slice and top w/ fresh lemon juice.
