Sous vide carrots with pistachio bread crumble and grained cream cheese

Ingredients
- 6 bunched carrots
- ¼ cup (50g) butter
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- 1 tbsp. coarse mustard
- salt and pepper
Pistachio bread crumble
- ¼ cup (30g) parsley
- ¼ cup (50g) panko
- ¼ cup (50g) pistachio
Toppings
- ½ cup (100g) grained cream cheese
- cress
Instructions
01 Preheat your KitchenBoss sous vide cooker to 85ºC.
02 Clean and peel the carrots and vacuum the carrots with butter and bay leaves. Add the bag
to the preheated water.
03 Mix the parsley, the panko and pistachio into a fine crumble.
04 Once ready, remove the carrots from the bag and glaze them with a mix of honey and
mustard. After that roll the carrots in the crumble.
05 Preheat the oven to 200ºC and bake the carrots for 8 minutes.
06 Last but not least, arrange the carrots on a flat plate and garnish them with grained cream
cheese and cress.
